Dallas, Texas

Below are some photos from my recent travels to Dallas, Texas. I attended the annual College Art Association Conference. In free time some sights were seen.

We also made it to the Dallas Museum of Art. Collectively we decided "The World Won't Listen" by Phil Collins was the best piece. It was closely seconded, for me, by a Peruvian textile and an untitled contemporary piece. Our group favorite made me laugh, the other two hit my soft spot.

New Paper, New Print

This week I am off to the annual conference of the College Art Association (CAA). There I will be schmoozing my way to a job (wearing power shoes, but avoiding Dallas power hair). I'm sure pictures will follow.

Last week I pulled 27 sheets of paper and finished a new print. Below is a photo of my new print. I also updated my website www.kathleenoconnell.us.
